Rödl & Partner advises dairy group Ehrmann SE on its acquisition of Trewithen Dairy in the UK

London, 2.7.2024: Rödl & Partner advised the dairy group Ehrmann SE on the acquisition of Trewithen Dairy (trading name for Cornish Farm Dairy Ltd), a dairy producer based in Cornwall, UK. The acquisition sees two family-owned businesses come together to bring a new portfolio of dairy products to UK consumers with a combination of Cornish milk production and German product innovation.

Ehrmann SE will expand Trewithen’s facilities to open a state-of-the-art UK production plant in Cornwall.

During the transaction, Ehrmann SE was supported by a cross-border, international and interdisciplinary team of advisors from Rödl & Partner in financial due diligence, legal advisory and transaction tax matters under the responsibility of Partners Peter Längle and Dr Oliver Schmitt.
